Georg Lux, creative director of Leonard Paris, invites us to travel to South America through each and every one of the creations that shape the fashion house’s new collection.
And he does it through the perfect combination of ancient prints with the richness of Mayan architecture, in which he expertly mixes bright tones with colours like brown and orange, being able to make each stitch contribute to create a silhouette that borders on perfection.
Lux is also inspired by the sixties, choosing geometric motifs and colours full of life, so typical of the upper social spheres of the time.
In this way, Leonard Paris seeks to pay a clear tribute to that exuberance so characteristic of the sixties through combinations ranging from flared pants and blouses to high neck dresses, flowing caftans, flared dresses, and jumpsuits that are ready for a party.
Each combination is an invitation to travel, and therefore, an opportunity for that self-confident woman Leonard Paris dreams of to continue to subtly navigate away from unnecessary artifice.
Geometric motifs are the main protagonists of the show directed by Lux — motifs that print all types of garments, regardless of their typology.
Alongside them, the classic Leonard motifs appear dotted with cactus flowers, a symbol of its contemporary evolution.
Through its new collection, Leonard Paris invites us to let ourselves be seduced by truly captivating silhouettes, where Lux makes use of masterful craftsmanship and innovative design techniques, aimed at recreating a sense of sophistication and elegance that captivates the imagination.
