Barbara Bui
Black & white
For the next autumn-winter, Barbara Bui proposes a perfect reinterpretation of the classic tuxedo wrapped in the most exquisite and attractive femininity, resulting in a true ode to freedom that defies the style canon imposed by society.
The French designer opts for a monochromatic season based on black and white, two colours that, despite their simplicity, are able to radiate an excessive sophistication at every step. Distinguished combinations of tuxedo pieces with gauzy dresses, asymmetrical t-shirts and bodies made of lurex that are meant to disrupt the calm in an amalgam of materials among which cotton, silk, leather or satin become exceptional protagonists.
Irreverent pieces become essential when the sun goes down and women seek to move away from the strait-jacket of their long and tedious workdays. An exceedingly necessary chic and casual touch with which the feminine silhouette will find the freedom to not go unnoticed.
