The Mindcraft Project

Aimee Marcos

A Danish design exhibition

Life goes on and so does art. The Mindcraft Project will launch a new digital exhibition with 10 designers and studios from Denmark.

What’s in a name?

Mind and Craft, two seemingly inconsequential words, but two that make up the backbone of this new exhibit coming from Denmark. These two words are used to highlight the essence of what this exhibition will be portraying.

It is described as “Experimental, forward-thinking and conceptual design approaches blend with excellent craftmanship and material knowledge.” This movement is led by Copenhagen Design Agency.

The Mindcraft Project has presented annual exhibitions at Milan Design Week 2008-2018. But in 2020, as a result of the global pandemic, The Mindcraft Project developed its first digital exhibition format. For the audience especially, individual viewing rooms, videos, AR (augmented reality) and a 3D experience, the new digital exhibition presents 10 pioneering designers and studios from Denmark.

The digital exhibition will be shown on mindcraftproject.com
